Krav Maga - Sat 11/18

Krav Maga

Warm up - 200m jog, 200 sprint, farmers walk with heavy stuff and walking lunges. Came back inside and shadow boxed.

Worked inside defense with a partner. Nice and relaxed. Then added counter attacks with focus mitts. Upped the intesity a bit and rotated partners ever min.

Drill: (aggression) Split the class in half. Two groups of 5. Four of the group had pads and one without. The person without the bag had to crash through the bag holders to the tombstone bag and throw 20 fast and hard punches.
3 Rounds
5 Push ups
Run through gauntlet
20 fast and hard punches

Ended class working all the chokes.
