Warmup: 3 burpees, 200m sprint.
Drill: defend the guard, and mount or submit
break the guard, stand up in a fighting stance
Skill work: throw knees using partner as a dummy. Focus on technique and accuracy. throw knees slowly and make contact.
Workout: Big Dawgs & Pack
1min. 5 sprawls, 10 hip escapes, 15 squats
1min. round kicks on heavy bag
puppies & buttercups do 3,6,9.
Skill work: defense against knees
Skill work: breaking the guard
